Each country has different regulations, it is no longer possible for everyone to be able to work anywhere without restrictions. EU PASSPORT HOLDERS (Please note that Ancestry Visa’s, Right of Abode and UK working Visa’s do not count as an EU passport). Niche Recruitment Ltd, are unfortunately not able to advise what is and what isn’t legal. If you are unsure, please contact your employer to explain what the situation is and what documents you will need. There are of course many people who are non-visa holders that find work each year, we do however not advise working illegally. EUROPEAN RELATIVES NON-EU COUNTRIES USA/CANADA It is wise to try to get a visa before you apply for the job, as it is often hard to be offered the job without one. Of course you can go out to the resort independently and find yourself a job. Many people do this and are fine, but of course it is a huge risk to do so and you are putting yourself in the position of working illegally. Consider that far more applicants succeed and provide themselves with excellent career opportunities by searching for jobs before hand and obtain the required documents.
